Hi, I'm Sophie.  My brother Owen and I would like to say hello.  We are two 20-something siblings aiming to pull on our hiking boots and walk 26+ miles to raise some money for MacMillan.  We are not expert hikers, but we do walk the dog... a lot... and are very much up for the challenge!! We have lots of training routes planned over the next few weeks in some quite interesting places and we would love for you to follow our fundraising journey and donate if you can. 

Our grandma went through cancer twice, and came out of the other side, my grandad was not so lucky, and sadly passed away from bowel cancer.  Through my work as a photographer I have also met many amazing people who live their lives every day with cancer, and many that are no longer with us.  Macmillan provide amazing support for many of these people, and their families, through the struggles and  through the happier times too... a vital resource that is there when you need it the most!
