Zaki my little 13 year old son and I aim to contribute towards the 500 mile challenge. When I first discussed the  challenge with Zaki he thought we were doing 500 miles each but thankfully we finally agreed to a more manageable amount. 

So rain, wind or shine we will walk a minimum of 10 miles each and as we are forecasted for thunderstorms we may be risking our lives doing so on Sunday - so please give generously

CASBA is a fantastic charity that carries out wonderful work for people with learning disabilities.
