Below is my previous trip in 2019. I have been given the opportunity to go again in October this year and in true Sophie Boot style I have left it very last minute.. again!

I am fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to go back to Uganda again this year. I cannot wait to catch up with all those I met last year and see if they are still practicing what we taught them all!

I will be spending 2 weeks in Lira with colleagues from Poole Hospital. During the 2 weeks I will be working in Lira Hospital and at the university teaching doctors, nurses, midwives and students.
