Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

On the 27th of February 2020, my birthday, I lost my wonderful dad to Parkinson's and dementia. As anyone will tell you who has walked that road, in truth we lost him years ago.

Over the last few years my family have been supported by many people and organisations like Parkinson's UK and its simply time to give back.

Having spent some of my childhood living in Scotland I am fully aware how difficult the terrain from Inverness to Loch Ness will be and that's without the wonderful Scottish weather.

However I am determined to finish the 50k in memory of my dad, your support and donations are really appreciated.
