Hi my name is Sophie and I'm 12 years old.

My family and I are doing a 2000 metre family swim to raise money for Great Ormand Street Hospital. We are doing the event in memory of my little sister Rosie-may who passed away last year aged just two years old. After her death we went to Great Ormand Street where they explained how and why she died. Great Ormand Street help over 200,000 patients each year and need people to fundraise for them to buy more equipment and medicines to keep up this amazing figure.I hope you can see that Great Ormand Street is a great cause!
