Hi all,

I am running The Great South Run on 21st October... 10 miles with just 4 weeks training!! I am doing this on behalf of Bluebird Care Portsmouth, we are a domicilliary care company who support people to remain living in their own homes. A customer of ours sadly passed away recently due to stomach cancer, he attended The Rowan’s Hospice day centre frequently therefore, we would like to fundraise in loving memory of him. 

The Rowan’s Hospice provide the best specialist end of life care, they honour life and offer hope. Each year it costs £6.5million for The Rowan’s to be able to continue their vital work. Let’s help them continue to be able to carry on helping those in need.
