So last year I attempted to swim across the English Channel and came close. The swim was aborted a mile or two from the French Coast due to strong tides and shipping lanes. At the time and for several weeks after I said I didn't want to try again. 

Once I had (almost) recovered, physically and mentally, I suddenly decided that I really really wanted to give it another go! After several phone calls and a lot of discussion I managed to secure a slot for August 2022 to swim alongside the Louise Jane (boat).

So....we're off again! Me, my coach, my crew and all my fabulous supporters! Once again I will be raising funds for the Alexa Trust, hence keeping this JustGiving page open.
