In 2021, our family experienced the devastating loss of my niece, Hope, who died shortly after birth. She was deeply loved and wanted, and although her life was heartbreakingly short, she will always be part of our family.

When Hope died, Sands were there for my sister during the most unimaginable time. Their support helped her through the early days of grief, when words feel impossible and the world feels overwhelming.

I am fundraising for Sands in memory of Hope, to honour her life and to help ensure that other families facing the loss of a baby are not left to cope alone. Every donation will help Sands continue providing vital support to bereaved parents and families when they need it most.
