The British Horse Society (BHS) aim to protect and promote the interests of all horses and those who care about them. Our core foundations – education, welfare, access and safety – are more important than ever as they demonstrably make a difference to horses’ lives.

Story

I would be very grateful for any donations towards raising money for the British Horse Society and my challenge ride to Macchu Pichu.  I have always wanted to visit this magical place but wanted a more original challenge than trekking the Inca Trail on foot.  The BHS challenge ride looks exciting and terrifying in equal measure and I am going to have to get seriously fit to survive 6-7 hour days on horseback and not be a hinderance to my trusty steed.  Some of the trails are only a foot wide and we have to cross a rope bridge on horse back!

Horses have been a pivotal part of my life growing up and I am proud to be raising money for the British Horse Society to continue its vital work with equine welfare and education.

More details of the challenge can be found here:

I really would be very grateful for any donations, however big or small, towards this once in a life time challenge!

Thank you very much! xxx
