50 Miles- for COPS

50 Miles in JANUARY · 1 January 2021
I’m sure you all are aware the idea of even having to run to the loo is a challenge for me, especially after this year where all the progress I had made in the four year I did of CrossFit has completely disappeared....
This won’t be “tough” for me- this is genuinely an impossible task... as sad as that is for most- is it sadly too true for me!
But the past few years, months even hours, have really shown that you really don’t know what is going to happen day to day in the line of work J does... and the people who are left need as much support as possible and this incredible charity does just that.
I won’t go in to the details. They are not ones to share on this platform. But please, please give as much as you can or as little as you can x
I thank you from the bottom of my heart xx
COPS provides peer support opportunities and access to counselling services to help surviving family members (‘survivors’) rebuild their shattered lives."Your loss is a part of who you are but COPS helps you realise that it doesn’t define you. We are all one big family."Since its foundation in 2003, COPS has helped hundreds of police families devastated by the loss of a loved one who died on duty.
