Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting for a life unlimited, when everyone living with CF can look forward to a long, healthy life. www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk

Story

Thank-you for clicking on my page!

Seven of us (Team Turtles) all completed our half marathons last year to raise money and help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis, as a team we raised almost £5,000 - way beyond our target, thanks so much for your support!

Myself and Flic have decided to up the challenge and complete the Edinburgh Marathon on the 31st of May 2015 to continue raising money in memory of one of our best friends.

Cystic Fibrosis affects almost 10,000 people in the UK. The disease took the life of my cousin and our best friend Lucy when she was only 19 years old. The most amazing, funny girl was taken from us too soon and we want to raise money to help other families avoid this life-threatening disease.

If you could all donate even the smallest amount we would be so grateful. No amount is too little... sacrifice one or two drinks from your next night out and donate it instead, i guarantee you will feel better for it.

Thank-you so much!

Sophie & Flic
