Hi everyone, 

I'm Sophie, and below will say what I've chose to do and why. 

In memory of my sister, Gemma, who passed away in 2013 due to a diabetes - related cause, i am raising money to aid all the people who are suffering from this condition, and to make more people aware.

I've set myself a goal to raise £500.00 before Christmas 2016, and in order to this I am hosting various events. Things such as cake sales and raffles are being held in school, however I'm sure these aren't the only ways I can raise this money. 

During this journey, i have roped in a few of my friends to join me and help me raise this, we will be doing group events, inside and outside of school, as well as simply asking people to donate through this page. 

Any amount donated is very much appreciated and I can assure you it is going to a well deserved cause.
