The Mudpack Challenge · 21 October 2018 ·

The Hospice helps people to live their precious lives well. Our care has many forms – at home, in our outpatient Spring Centre or through specialised care in one of our Hospice beds - and is defined by each person's need. We rely on donations to raise the £5m we need each year to fund our free care.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are trying to raise money for the Hospice of St Francis (Berkhamsted) in honour of Maggie Powell, my beautiful Mum. Despite living a very healthy lifestyle, my Mum was diagnosed with terminal breast cancer at the age of 40. The Hospice of St Francis was there for our family at the hardest time of our lives. We want to raise money for them to say thank you for what they did for us, and so that other families can benefit from the amazing care they offer.

This will be the third year ‘Team Maggie’ is doing the Mudpack challenge for the Hospice and we have over 20 friends and family joining us for it. Any donation is hugely appreciated and will help this wonderful charity continue to help others. Thank you very much.
