I am taking part in a sponsored walk called Heart to Heart in memory of my friend Vanessa Garside who sadly died last December from heart failure. We will be walking 13km around London on Sunday September 29.

  

I am including the fundraising link below so please give as much as you can for a really good cause as we will raising funds for a charity called Chain Of Hope, who Ness volunteered with when helping to train nursers overseas in Jamaica - please read more about their work on the justgiving page.

 

Lots of my lovely friends who I am sending this too are joining me on the walk so please forward the link to your pals and tell them about your big challenge! Those of you who are walking we will be starting from The Heart Hospital at 9.30am. Will forward address and route information in due course but in the meantime get pounding the pavements!
