As the jewel in the UK running crown, the Marathon has a reputation for being one of the most meaningful events in the challenge calendar.

Story

I am running the London Marathon for Amy! 2015...one minute we were running wild and free causing havoc abroad and the next she was given a diagnosis that would change everything. Amy has a grade 3 astrocytoma brain tumour and was given a maximum prognosis of 7 years. I want to run to honour her extraordinary bravery and positivity in the face of the cruelest of illnesses and also to raise awareness and support research into brain tumours. Thank you everyone for your support, please spread the love and together we can beat this bastard tumour!! 💪🏼💪🏼

Brain tumours are indiscriminate; they can affect anyone at any age. What’s more, they kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer... yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease.
This is unacceptable!

Help us fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.
