Help more people beat cancer!

My mum was diagnosed with skin cancer 18 months ago and my Grandad was diagnosed 6 months ago. Last year I did the 5k Race for Life in Swansea and I am doing it again this year. So I ask if you could dig deep again this year, and see what we can raise. my goal for this race is to beat my last time of 1 hour and 6 minutes, which hopefully wont be hard to beat :)
