Hi! Only me...

You'll never guess what... I've been roped into an obstacle course with some of the wonderful bunch of humans I work with. And now I've roped my flatmates Luce and Beth in to it too (muahaha).

The good news is that it's all for an amazing cause - South London Cares, an incredible charity working to reduce isolation and loneliness by bringing people together in London.

London is a huge, vibrant and exciting place. And I'm so lucky to get to call it home, but we can all feel a bit disconnected and lonely sometimes.

Volunteering with South London Cares has given me (and many other young(ish) people) the opportunity to hang out with older neighbours. They host a bunch of activities like tech workshops (see picture), brunches and even belly dancing classes!
