Hey Everybody, 

As you know I ran the Lancaster Castle 10k in September for a Little Boy Called Dewi James. The money we raised, even though it may have been the largest sum i have ever fundraised, will only pay for 1 hour of physio for Dewi. This is why we need to raise more, and help get this little boy the physio he deserves. He is doing so well after his SDR Surgery in America and I don't want to let his family down after they have fought so hard to fundraise to get him where he is today! 

So in April 2016 I shall be doing another 10k. The Second time I have done this course and i always enjoy the run (Even though i have sore legs after!). Please donate, It will be a massive help!!
