We are looking to raise as much as possible for Multiple Sclerosis, this charity is close to our hearts, as Sophie was diagnosed with MS in May 2011. The MS Society has offered lots of support not only to Sophie and her family and friends, but also offer a huge amount of support to the estimated 100,000 MS Sufferers in the UK.

Previous to Sophies diagnosis we were regular runners and despite having a few set backs with her health we have continued to train and set ourself challenges to beat.

Last September myself and Sophie took part in the Newcastle Great North Run and enjoyed it so much we have signed up for the Lichfield Half Marathon & The Great Manchester Run. The difference this time being we have decided to drag a few extra people along too, including Sophies husband Pete and my partner Liam.

So in these hard times try and dig deep and please help us raise our target so we can help find a cause to fight against this horrible illness or alternatively join up and come and run with us.
