Through their help and support in the last few months it meant Sophie could stay at home and never spend a single night in hospital.  Their dedicated team of nurses and carers would regularly visit Sophie at home and quite simply play with her.   As Sophie became more poorly so they adapted how they played with her and still gave her a sense of achievement everyday.  Truly amazing people supporting Sophie and us through this.

They are one of only two hospices for young children offering support at home in the UK and will require funding of £4.6m in 2015 but just 6% of this is from the government.  Your donation will make a difference.
