On May 25th I will be runnning the Bupa 10000 which is a 10k race through central London. This will be the first competitive sporting event that I have entered and so will be a real challenge.

I will be running on behalf of the RNLI as I think they're an amazing charity who save lives everyday without any government funding. I have pledged to raise £500 so would appreciate any donations that you can afford to give...

Unfortunately I have turned down the opportunity to wear a 3metre-long inflatable lifeboat around my middle as I run - I don't think it's wise to draw any attention to me... think I'll just focus on finishing...Oh well maybe next time!
