Sophie's cycle challenge part 3

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page raising money for the British Heart Foundation. I'm riding in memory of my dad, Adrian, who was an enthusiastic and active cyclist before his untimely and unexpected death following a heart attack while out riding his bike in 2019.
I'm taking on my third long distance bike ride - this time around Ireland, with the lads from Mold Rugby Club. This will be another epic challenge, including riding all the way between Belfast and Dublin in one day, about 100miles more than my usual daily cycle distance!!! Please give what you can afford to help keep me motivated and smiling all the way through this challenge. I want to raise as much money as possible for the British Heart Foundation who fund research into heart and circulatory diseases which are responsible for a quarter of all deaths in the UK.
All expenses for the ride are covered by participants so all money donated goes directly to the BHF. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
