The seven of us have joined forces to run the 2016 Knaresborough Bed Race on Saturday, June 11. Even though Rosie and Caroline put themselves through this event for the first time last year, for some reason the hard work involved in pushing a heavy, steel framed bed up and down the hills of Knaresborough has not been enough to put them off from doing it again this year.

This time they have the rest of us for company and we are busy preparing for the big day. 

It would be great if you fancied cheering us on in Knaresborough on the day, the theme of the bed race this year is cities of the world - look out for our imaginative take on dressing up both the bed, and ourselves, as Valletta, Malta... hmmmm.

By putting ourselves through this ordeal (and having lots of fun of course) we want to raise some vital funds for a cause that is close to the (no pun intended) hearts of our team: the British Heart Foundation.
