We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We listen, give support and advice, and fight for those who need our help. Our services promote positive mental health and wellbeing and support local people in the first step towards recovery. Thank you for supporting Devon Mind!

Story

As a result of Lockdown and the extremely challenging times we are living in with Covid 19, mental health difficulties have increased. As a group of Mums we are concerned about those who are pregnant, new Mums and Dads, especially after reading that postnatal depression has increased by at least a third. We wanted to do something to raise awareness and money for Devon Mind to help them support more people.

The voice is really significant to us. Everyone has a voice but not everybody feels heard when they are suffering from a mental health difficulty. A lot of people have lost their voice and cannot speak about how they feel either.

We will be singing together although we are unable to be together in body we are uniting on Zoom to sing for our Singathon for 12 hours.

Someone's voice will always be heard and someone will always be listening.

1 in 4 people experience mental health difficulties at some point in their lives. Whether that be depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, personality disorder, bereavement or any other negative mental health experience, Devon Mind is here to support anyone who needs help.We cannot do what we do without the generosity of fundraisers and their donors. The harsh reality is that charities are doing more and more on less funding because of cuts to the health services. Thank you from all at Devon Mind.
