Story

Welcome and thanks for looking at our page.

We are four friends who will be attempting to complete the South Downs Way by means of a running and cycling relay over the weekend of 24&25 March. We have been split into 2 team; Ned and Seamus will being running 30+ miles and Craig and John will be cycling for 70+ miles. As I am sure you will have gathered the total course is just over 100 miles. However what you may not know is that to complete the entire course we will have to climb in excess of 10,000 ft.

Why would we do this to ourselves?

What we are aiming for is to raise as much money as possible for the Cambodian Children’s Charity “CAMKIDS”.

CAMKIDS has been set up to help children in who are either poor or whose parents are not there for them: orphans, street children, children living in poor rural areas and children affected by natural disasters, such as flood or famine.  In a country where there is a high rate of child abandonment, they also support programs to help strengthen vulnerable families and keep them together. More information can be found at www.camkids.org

So please give generously and don’t forget the gift aid!

Thanks for the support.

Ned, Craig, Seamus and John.
