Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

The above statement sums up everything anyone who is in the position of having a family member with Alzheimer's and cares for them, has to deal with on a daily basis. The constant worry of how people perceive and do not understand what a person who has Alzheimer's is going through is one of the main problems you will face and this is from the next door neighbour to the police who are called out and believe they are dealing with someone who is unstable.

Many of us here at Southeast_Tunerz have friends and relatives who have lost love ones, or are now caring for love ones who have Alzheimer's. We are a group of car enthusiasts, who are trying to build our own car community for people who love the car scene and everything that goes with it, and on our journey we would like for some good to come out of it. We hope you will support us and also support the Alzheimer’s Society, as Alzheimer's at some point in all our life's will affect someone you know or could affect you personally.
