Southfield School 100 Challenge · 30 April 2021

Captain Tom united the nation and gave hope when it was needed most. Carrying on his journey, Captain Tom and his family have identified causes which will benefit from the new Captain Tom Foundation: tackling loneliness, supporting people facing bereavement and championing education and equality.

Story

On Friday 30th April students and staff at Southfield School will be participating in a number of practical challenges which link to 100 repetitions and we aim to accumulate 100 miles of the track during the day in PE & Healthy Living lessons in remembrance of Captain Tom's 101st Birthday.

Carrying on his journey, Captain Tom and his family want to keep on helping people. This is about raising as much money as we can to inspire hope where it is needed most. We want to combat loneliness, support people facing bereavement and champion education and equality, all while inspiring a new generation of Captain Toms. By supporting The Captain Tom Foundation, you’ll be helping us spread hope and make a real difference to people’s lives. Donate now!
