Great South Run 2016 · 23 October 2016 ·

We’re Mind, the mental health charity, working across England & Wales. We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support & advice, & fight your corner. Thanks for fundraising for national Mind.

Story

Three members of the band - Charlie, Jim and Gill - are participating in the Great South Run as Team Southsea Alternative Choir. The team will also include friends of the band, as well as some of the lads' kids, who'll be competing in the children's race.

Some will be looking to beat their personal bests, others will be aiming to simply complete the full 10 miles, but all will be running their hearts out to raise money for Mind.

After the race The Southsea Alternative Choir will be performing a celebratory busking gig at The Apsley pub in Southsea.
