This September, Spabreaks.com will be working in partnership with the charity Willow to dedicate a whole week to women’s wellness.

WHAT IS WOMEN'S WELLNESS WEEK?

Starting on 18th September 2017, Women’s Wellness Week will highlight and encourage discussion around issues affecting women’s physical and emotional wellbeing, with the aim of encouraging women to prioritise their health by taking a little time each day to do something for themselves.

All money raised during the week will go to Willow, a charity which organises Special Days for seriously ill young adults – allowing them to take time out from fighting their illness and do something they enjoy.

THE WORLD’S LARGEST EVER MASSAGE-ATHON

To shine the spotlight on Women’s Wellness Week and raise money for Willow, we will be holding the world’s largest ever massage event. Up to 1,000 women will be invited to take some time out to enjoy a massage at a one of our venues across the UK and throughout the world at 11am on Tuesday 19 September 2017.

The massages will be free of charge, but each spa will be asking for a minimum donation of £20 per massage, which will be given in full to Willow.

WHAT’S HAPPENING FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK?

Over the course of the week, we will also be running live Q&A sessions on our Facebook and Twitter pages. Working with experts ranging from medical practitioners through to business women, these sessions will provide advice and support on a variety of issues facing women, from anxiety through to careers.

Visit our Women’s Wellness Week page for more information.
