London 2012? That was last year. The London Marathon 2013 is where it's at now.

Tears on the podium? There won't be any of that nonsense on April 21st. Not because there won't be tears (go to mile 18 for lots of those)... because there's not a snowflakes chance in hell I'll be anywhere near a podium.

So dig deep in your pockets and chuck a tenner to a charity that puts a roof over almost 2000 heads every night. No mean feat.

Even if you read the Daily Torygraph you can sleep easy in your 4 poster bed safe in the knowledge that your money is going to good old fashioned British tramps through a British charity. Hooray Henry!

Go on, tell your lovers, your mothers, your partners (yes that's you Callum) and your fathers about this good cause... "giving something might mean giving everything" ;-)
