We protect and support children and young people, providing practical and emotional care and support. We ensure their voices are heard, and campaign to bring lasting improvements to their lives. Our vision is that every child and young person has a safe and happy childhood, and the foundations they need to thrive.

Story

To all you talented, good-looking,  intelligent and hopefully hugely generous people reading my page

I know you are all strapped for cash but.........

Thank you for visiting my fundraising speedy soprano site.

As you may know, three members of the Choir of St. Martin-in-the-fields are  braving the streets and running the London Marathon this April. One of these members would happen to be me. "Mad" some may say- "True" some may agree-like me- but when will I learn not to agree to things whilst under the influence of alcohol!

I have chosen to run for the Children's Charity which helps young people up and down the country and The St-Martins-in-the-fields building project which will provide new space for the church for a variety of community activities (including a place for the choir to rehearse.)

I have a huge target for two really worthwhile charities .

Please dig deep, raid you piggy banks, look at the back of the sofa, turn your granny upside down and please please, please sponsor me online. It is a cliche but every penny really does matter.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: NCH, the children's charity will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now! I love you all.

Many thanks for your support.

Rachel
