I am running the London marathon in honour of Ismena Clout to raise money for St Raphael's Hospice.

Ismena was a very close friend of my sister's and other close friends. She fought cancer for 11 years and devastatingly lost her battle just after her 40th birthday on September 15th 2014. 

Many people knew Ismena for her inspiration and her constant fight to beat cancer, she touched many of our life's in so many ways. Her loss last year has had a massive impact across many people close to my sister and I so for this reason I want to run the marathon to raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity, who supported her during her dying days.
