One in three of the worlds population still lack access to a safe, clean or private toilet.

Last year, WaterAid helped 2.9 million people gain access to toilets. That is nearly 8,000 people every day.

This UN World Toilet day we are encouraging everyone to donate a pound when they use the loo to help WaterAid increase access to this basic luxury.
