Between 19th - 22nd July I will be taking part in the Nijmegen 4 Days Marches in Holland, which will involve walking 30kms a day for 4 days.

In 2018 I  started suffering with my walking & balance,  after visiting my GP & several X-Rays later  I was referred to an orthopaedic hospital for further tests, the inevitable happened, I needed both my hips replacing! in September 2020 I had my first hip replaced & in October 2021 I had the second one replaced.. I have recently spent 2 weeks at the PTC Harrogate undergoing intensive physiotherapy,  I am extremely grateful to all the staff at the PTC who have helped with my recovery & given me  the confidence to attempt to take part in the Nijmegen Marches in July for the 31st time.
