We are a team of cyclists with mixed abilities from competitive to complete novice. We will be cycling 500 miles in total between February 28th and March 8th. Smart Works is a pre-interview styling and coaching service supporting unemployed women into the workplace. 

I (Sophie) have been volunteering at Smart Works Birmingham for the past six months and experienced the power of their award winning interview clothing and coaching service.
