We rode 1,022 miles, 1,645 kilometers - and climbed 17,859.65 meters (CHECK OUR TARGET OUT!!!) from Rome to Prague because.....SMA is a devastating neuromuscular condition that is the number one genetic killer of young children. After 20 years of looking for a treatment - called SPINRAZA - one has been found. It is approved for use in the US. Great news! But this year - 2017 - our challenge is to get it to patients in Europe.
