On 27th September myself and four others are cycling from Great Yarmouth to Spinney Abbey farm.  Day one we're cycling around 80 miles to the amazing Norfolk coast b&b cottages and camping (👍) in Heacham then day two all the way back to my farm in Wicken!

Life is a journey, not a destination.  My one has had some major bumps on the road but that doesn't stop me loving it.  I have had MS for nearly ten years and after several relapses which left me blind in one eye, unable to properly walk and many other issues I was lucky enough to take part in a drugs trial at addenbrookes which changed the direction I was headed.  

I want to help raise awareness and funds to help more people live with this horrible disease.
