Buy A Brick · 13 February 2014

The Spiti Projects is a small, UK-registered charity, founded in 1993, that works to improve the quality of life for the 10,000 inhabitants of the Spiti Valley. Our focus is on health, education and the preservation of the region's unique cultural heritage.

Story

Please help us to build a Community Centre in Kaza, the principal town in the Spiti Valley, for the benefit of a Tibetan community of 10,000 people.

The Spiti Valley has never had a Community Centre before – nor anything like one. It will make a vast difference to the quality of life for the local people.

A donation of £50 will buy one brick (1/2 a brick is £25) and you can donate as many as you wish.

Each and every brick will be a brick nearer achieving our goal. We’ll send you a certificate to confirm your donation and will add your name to our wall of well-wishers within the new Community Centre in Kaza. You will also appear as a brick donor on our website.
