Thank you for choosing to sponsor me for the Sussex Heart Charity Walk on Sunday 22nd May 2022.

Looking forward to waking up especially to walk along the seafront and seeing many familiar faces along the way!  The last time I did this was in 2019 when we had to weave our way around the mini cars and masses of tourists that were sprawled across Madeira Drive and I wonder what is in store for us this year!  Life is full of surprises and we just embrace them as we go along!  

Your kind sponsorship / donation will help Sussex Heart Charity with their varioius missions (https://sussexheartcharity.org/) and they have been a fantastic support for Phase 4 classes/instructors across Sussex in particular during covid times and getting the classes up and running again.   Also, if you are able, please gift aid too and this gives SHC a bit more moolah!
