Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The Spoor Family are taking part in the CF Care June Cycling Challenge. The aim is for all of us to ride at least 100 Miles in the month of June to reach the Bronze Medal Standard. However, if we can we will try and push on to 300 Mile (Silver) or possibly 500 Mile (Gold) mark!!

We are a rag tag bunch who suffer of a litany of ailments from dodgy lungs and eyes, to creaking knees and hips, with a pinch of clumsiness for good measure. So it certainly will be entertaining.

The parents are putting the miles in comfort of the garage on their static bike, whilst the kids battle on the mean Streets of Newcastle and Leeds.

CF Care have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to support some of the most vulnerable people in the North East. All of this whilst being unable to put on their usual face to face fundraising events. They have adapted so well to horrible situation and we as a family want to show our appreciation by taking part.
