Max Carlton-Smith joined Sprout in March 2013, from Viglen, and his strong work ethic and vibrant personality made an immediate impact on the business and his colleagues. His Microsoft exam pass, shortly after joining, helped Sprout to achieve its first ever Microsoft Gold Partner accreditation. Max, who tragically passed away in September 2013, is still very fondly remembered at Sprout and his humour is still often a topic of conversation amongst his colleagues.
