Shaftesbury Road Cricket Club is raising money for Alzheimer's Society

The biggest garden cricket festival in the world · 7 June 2021

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

SRCC (Shaftesbury Road Cricket Club) are raising money for the Alzheimer's Society.

SRCC is the biggest garden cricket club in the world.

Our three core values are Enthusiasm, Etiquette and Enjoyment.

This year, we've chosen to raise money for the Alzheimers Society, whilst doing what we love.

Unfortunately, many of us are all too aware of how disastrous this awful disease is.

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.

Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
