I'm cycling 200 miles in one day to raise money for the charity A Child Of Mine because I'm moved by the work they do for families who have lost children.

In my work I hear about occasions where children lose their life in road accidents. I cannot imagine what those families go through and the support they must need to even begin to come to terms with their loss.
