Special Stars Foundation are a registered charity supporting children and young people with disabilities in Hull and East Yorkshire. (Registered Charity number: 1156237)

We operate on a not-for-profit basis, all our staff are volunteers and our Trustees are also parent carers of disabled children.

Services we provide

·        Inclusive, subsidised events, activities and trips for children and young people with disabilities across Hull and East Yorkshire

·        Opportunities for Parent-Carers to meet other families caring for a disabled child, to connect, build friendships and to share important advice and information

·        Support, advice and sign-posting for parent carers

·        An extensive specialist book and sensory toy lending library 

Every penny raised will go towards providing fun and inclusive activities and trips for children and young people with disabilities and their families in Hull and East Yorkshire.

Last year we raised an incredible £1,600 - let’s hope we can raise even more this year!

Our registered running team this year is made up of some of the Charity's Trustees, parent carers, friends and supporters of Special Stars Foundation.
