This year I will be taking part in the ''Dam to Dam''.
 

This is an 18KM walk that takes me from Amsterdam to Zandaam.

I have only ever done about 10KM before so i really am stepping up the game. It will be a big challenge, however it really is worth it.

 

I have chosen this year to support the British Heart Foundation.

 

My Grandfather passed away on 20th Sept 2000. This walk will take place one day after this 13th year anniversary. I also do this to help and support those that have not only lost loved ones but those that have had heart problems and have been in and out of hospital like my father has been over the years.

 

All I ask is a little help… Please donate something even just a pound or a euro.

It makes all the difference in the world.
