The Salvation Army' Covid 19 Community support
Campaign by The Salvation Army (RCN 214779 and in Scotland SC009359)
Supporting those who are struggling during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Story

With the generous support from the community and the church fellowship, St Albans Salvation Army supported more than 150 families with more than 200 children in need in the community during the Christmas period.

Huge thanks to those who helped us with food, toys and financial giving.

As the Covid crisis continues, our support for the families in need also continues. So we are launching All Year Round Food Appeal. Currently we are working with some local schools, providing weekly food parcels. Local families and individuals are also benefiting from our food support.

We are also working together with local community group Centre 33 to provide takeaway hot meal for five days a week (Monday - Thursday and Sunday) for those who are in need. Every day 15-20 homeless friends and people needing support come to us for the service.

For these critical missions, your donations are vital. Please donate for us to continue to reach out to those who are in great need in these challenging days.

Thank you so much for your supports and contributions.

With every blessing.
