St John's Lacey green, has suffered financially as a result of Covid-19 and is in need of your support! We would normally hold regular services and run events and activities for the community, many of which make money enabling us to pay for the upkeep of the Church. Not being able to hold the Church Fete and other regular fundraising events this year has had a big impact on our finances. We are very grateful to those people who regularly support our Church but it costs around £850 every week to keep it running.

The Church is a central part of our communities for the important moments of peoples' lives as well as for the big events of our Church, schools and communities, like Easter, Christmas, Remembrance Day, Mothering Sunday and start and end of school terms, to name but a few. The closure of the Church has inevitably affected our income.

Throughout September, members of our congregation will be undertaking individual sponsored walks, respecting the 'rule of 6' recently introduced. This will help our Church meet its financial commitments. If you could contribute something towards our target, Gift Aided if you are able, we would be very grateful.
