Story

In memory of Daniel Harding.
Hi, my name is Stacey. I am fundraising  for the mental health charity C.A.L.M.
My nephew Daniel took his own life at the age of 24 on October 30th 2015 and each year I attempt a challenge to raise awareness and try and help others who are suffering the same as 'Our Dan'
On the 5th of  May 2022  I'm going to attempt to trek to Everest Base Camp. It will be tough and a long time away from my family and friends but raising money to try and stop the stigma around male mental health will give me the determination to get there and back.
My nephew suffered in silence and behind that beautiful smile was a broken young man.
I still feel the pain every single day for his mum and dad and 2 younger brothers.
Raising money for this important charity and knowing that young men are encouraged to pick up that phone and ask for help gives me the motivation to attempt these difficult challenges.
Please donate so i can continue to help others who are suffering and remember....
IT'S OK TO NOT BE OK
Thank you.
