Cutting off & donating 12" of hair to make wigs for Children with Cancer · 21 May 2014

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I have had 12" of my hair cut off to send/donate to Little Princess Trust so they can make wigs for children with cancer.

The Little Princess Trust provides real-hair wigs to boys and girls across the UK and Ireland that have sadly lost their own hair through cancer treatment. The wigs we provide are free to children.  However, the cost to the charity to purchase one wig is on average £350. Any amount of fundraising that you can generate towards this cost will help us to continue to provide  wigs to both boys and girls throughout the UK and Ireland that have lost their own hair through cancer treatment.
