The Covid-19 pandemic has led to delays in early diagnosis and vital treatment, which could lead to as many as 35,000 additional deaths. With more than 55,000 cancer patients in England currently waiting for key tests, the emotional and practical support provided by less common cancer charities is needed now more than ever. Last year, many fundraising events were cancelled leading to a decline in donations just as the need for charity services were rapidly increasing. At AMMF we are working to raise awareness, provide information to those who need it, and support research, especially into finding ways to acheive better and clearer early diagnosis. Support this year's 20 for 20 challenge and help AMMF to continue to fund vital cholangiocarcinoma reseach.
